Customers will be required to pay via bank transfer with all documents and invoices signed for online to limit customer to staff interaction. Read more about our Covid-19 Coronavirus Policy here. We cannot take payments over the telephone or in person.

Updated: April 2021

  • Our auctions continue to operate Live Online Only with no public attendance at the auction premises during the live auctions.
  • Viewing is available by appointment only. Book an appointment online.
  • Controlled vehicle collection and handover points in place to limit physical contact
  • Parking charges are free until further notice.
  • Next Live Online Auction Only is Thursday 7th July at 7:00pm
  • New vehicles for auction continue to arrive daily

In line with the Government's recent announcement, unfortunately, we have temporarily stopped viewing for the public at our auction site.

From April 2021 our auctions continue to be Live Online Only with telephone bidding and a spotter service available to all customers.

The safety and well-being of our employees and customers is of high importance and following the latest government guidelines and information from Public Health Wales we have decided that all our live auctions will now be online only. Members of the public will no longer be able to attend the physical auction whilst these restrictions remain in place but anyone can register to bid online. We believe that this change is the best decision as a temporary measure as the health, safety and well-being of our employees, customers and clients remains our top priority.

Arrivals & collections

Our decision to stop public viewing also means that there are restrictions on customers coming on site to make payments or collect vehicles. We have put a procedure in place where there will be a controlled collection point for vehicle collection. We can still offer a delivery service but there are limitations on time and collection procedures, please contact the office for more information.

  • Customers will be required to pay via bank transfer with all documents and invoices signed for online to limit customer to staff interaction.
  • Customers will be required to arrange a collection date and time with our office and subsequently call en route on the day of collection.
  • The vehicle will be released to a designated collection point on site where a member of staff will sanitise the steering wheel, gear stick, handles anmd keys. The keys will be left in the door of the vehicle and the staff member will retreat to a safe distance. The customer can then advance to the vehicle and take possession at a safe distance minimising interaction with our staff.
  • Customers will not be permitted on site to inspect vehicles and all queries need to be addressed by phone or email.
  • More information regarding our vehicle collections procedure online here.

We have tried to make the process as efficient as possible and thank you for your understanding.

Our staff will continue to provide their top quality customer service to all customers and we would like to take this opportunity to thank our amazing staff who have gone above and beyond and our customers for supporting us in this really difficult time.

We are doing everything in our power to ensure we’re creating a safe and healthy environment for everyone who are in contact with us.

The health and safety of our guests and staff is paramount and we continue to carry out enhanced cleaning regimes with anti-septic and anti-viral cleaning products across the auction.

At this stage, no member of our staff have any confirmed symptoms of COVID-19, has been in contact with anyone who has contracted the virus or has recently returned from any effected areas abroad.

We continue taking particular measures to minimise any risk of contracting or spreading the virus. These measures are as follows:

  • Our onsite restaurant is currently closed
  • Additional cleaning of our entire workspace and equipment
  • Staff working from home where possible
  • Regularly speaking with customers, suppliers and staff to ensure no one is at risk when visiting our sites
  • Continued promotion of good hand hygiene

In addition to the above precautions, our business will be running as usual online with live online only auctions every week. We will continue to do everything in our power to keep any disruptions to a minimum. If we are made aware of any staff members who have come in to contact with COVID-19 or have contracted it, we will follow all W.H.O and Public Health Wales guidelines at that time.

Please be re-assured that we are doing everything possible to minimise the risk of this pandemic to our staff, clients and suppliers during this difficult time.

We will keep our website and social media channels updated with the latest information and as always will act on the advice of the Government and Public Health Wales.
