Our Covid-19 Safety Measures

We've been working hard to make our auctions the safest place to buy your next car or van.
On your arrival at our auction you will see that we have invested significantly in making our auction safe for our customers and staff.

  • Hand sanitiser on entrance & exit,
  • Strict 2M social distancing rule throughout with floor signage,
  • All surfaces and doors cleaned daily with antibacterial wipes,
  • All vehicles cleaned daily with antibacterial wipes,
  • Browse at your leisure with contact fee signing and payment processes,
  • All vehicles are open, when you need help proceed to the information point,
  • Our on site cafe is currently take away only with a limited number of customers at any one time.

When are you open for viewing?

Viewing is currently by appointment only. You can book an appointment on our website here . We are open Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm.

Am I able to sit inside vehicles?

You can sit in as many vehicles as you like. Our on site staff have disinfectant kits to sanitise vehicles quickly and safely.

Do you offer sanitisation in your auction hall?

Yes, we have hand gel and sanitisation stations around the auction hall. Masks and gloves are available on request.

Are facilities such as toilets and cafe available?

Yes, toilets are available and cleaned regularly. Please wash and gel your hands regularly, wipes are available for keypads and buttons.
Unfortunately our cafe is not open for sit down meals but we can offer takeaway options.

How do I pay for my purchase during Covid?

Customers will be required to pay via bank transfer with all documents and invoices signed for online to limit customer to staff interaction. Read more about our Covid-19 Coronavirus Policy here. We cannot take payments over the telephone or in person.

Will my vehcile be sanitised before collecting?

Yes, all vehicles purchased are sanitised on release / collection. We have a procedure in place for safe collection of your purchase. Read more.
